ORDER PREPARATION AND TRACKING

Our goal is to offer you a fast, secure and transparent shipping process. Once payment is confirmed, your order moves to preparation and is dispatched as soon as it is ready. You will receive email updates at every stage and will be able to track it online using your tracking number.

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY OPTIONS

You can choose how and when to receive your order based on the options available from each carrier: home delivery, pickup point collection, safe place delivery, or delivery to a neighbour. Carriers make up to two delivery attempts before enabling collection at a nearby pickup point.

If delivery is unsuccessful, you can pick up the package at the nearest PICKUP Point to your address. You will have 5 calendar days to visit the office and collect your package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided. If there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment or reshipment is required, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. If you choose to have the carrier leave the package in your garden, door, terrace, or any other accessible area of your home, you will have requested the Safe Place option. Please note that by selecting this option, you assume a risk and lose your right to make a claim.

CUSTOMS, DOCUMENTATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Our international shipments are processed with full electronic customs documentation, which minimises delays. You will not need to pay any additional charges upon receiving your order.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs — we ship directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs fees, taxes and other surcharges are included. We will never ask you for an additional payment. It's simple — you pay for your purchase at trenfit.com and receive it without any extra costs.
