Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you of by email.

We ship Monday through Friday, and transit times vary by country and carrier (see table).

Important: Orders received Monday through Friday may be processed the same day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the first available business day. Once an order is placed, it is prepared for shipping and cannot be canceled.

Holidays in the province of Las Palmas must be considered as holidays in the delivery time, as our logistics center is located in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas, Gran Canaria). This time frame may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of trenfit.com. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for a delivery time between morning and afternoon, you can indicate this in the order comment, and the courier company will try to accommodate it to the best of its route and schedule. To guarantee the quality of our shipments, they are sent using the leading courier service in the express transport sector. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Pickup at Delivery Point

The shipping company will make two home delivery attempts, on two business days and at different times. If delivery is unsuccessful, you can pick up the package at the PICKUP Point nearest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to visit this office and pick up the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the address information provided. If there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment or reshipment is required, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Delivery to Safe Place

If you choose to have the shipping company leave the package in your front yard, door, terrace, or other accessible area of your residence, you have requested the Safe Place option. Please note that by selecting this option, you assume a risk and lose your right to claim.

No Customs Fees

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs. We ship directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs fees, taxes, and other surcharges are included. We will never ask you for an additional payment. It's so easy! You pay for your purchase at trenfit.com and receive it without having to make any additional payments.

Modification of data and conditions

trenfit.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offerings presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and terms and conditions of sale and service) at any time. Any new version of these terms and conditions will be previously indicated in the "Shipping and Delivery" and "Warranty and Returns" sections.
